Carriage

Will cost £4.00 per order unless otherwise stated. A separate charge may be made for large, bulky or heavy items although this will be stated as part of the product description.

Delivery

Whenever possible we will ensure that your purchases are with you within 5 days of receiving your order and payment. If there is to be any delay on the delivery time, we will contact you. This may happen of products are out of stock or are a special purchase.

Faulty Goods

If on receipt of your purchases you find them to be faulty please contact us immediately. We will ask for you to return the item to us. The postage will be refunded and you will be offered an exchange, credit note or refund for the items. We ask that faults are reported to us within 10 days.

Refunds and Credits

We try to give as much information as possible regarding a product in order that you can make the right selection. However at times you may find that you need to return an item. Please provide as much information as possible as to the reason for the return. We will refund the cost of return postage and we will offer you an exchange or credit voucher.
